What is a podcast?

A podcast is a digital audio file made available on the Internet for downloading to a computer or mobile device.  Effectively, it is a programme you can listen to whilst on the move.  Podcasts are typically available as part of a series.

Why do I need one?

A podcast opens up a direct line of communication between you and your listener.  This form of communication forms an unfiltered message to your audience. Podcasting creates a personal connection as listeners have already opted in to hear to your message on the subject of your choice.  Having an effective podcast will grow your brand and ensure your message is at the fore of a listener’s consideration.
